Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all services and digital products provided by LAMP. By purchasing any service or product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
LAMP provides interior design services and digital design products, including but not limited to the following: The Design Edit, The Kitchen, The Full Works, and The Colour Edit. Each service includes a defined scope of work, as outlined at the point of purchase. Any additional work or revisions outside of this scope may be subject to additional fees. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services do not include project management, contractor coordination, or on-site supervision.
Fees & Payment
All fees are stated in GBP and are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required to secure design services. Work will not commence until payment has been received. LAMP reserves the right to amend pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Refunds & Cancellations
Design Services: Once work has commenced, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.Digital Services & Products (including the Colour Edit): Due to the bespoke and digital nature of these instant buy services, all sales are final once work has commenced or deliverables have been issued. If any issue arises, LAMP will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns in a fair and considered manner.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, measurements, images, and any other materials required for the delivery of the service. Clients are responsible for reviewing and responding to communications in a timely manner. Delays in communication may impact project timelines. All final decisions, purchases, and implementation of design recommendations remain the responsibility of the client.
Design Scope & Outcomes
LAMP provides design guidance, concepts, and recommendations based on the information provided by the client. While every effort is made to meet expectations, design outcomes are subjective and no guarantee is made regarding specific results.
Intellectual Property
All design work, including concepts, drawings, visuals, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of LAMP. Designs are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.
Portfolio & Social Media Use
LAMP reserves the right to document and share elements of its design work for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. This may include design concepts, imagery, and project progress. Client confidentiality is respected at all times. No personal or sensitive information will be shared without prior consent.
Third Parties & Liability
LAMP is not responsible for the performance, actions, or workmanship of third-party contractors, suppliers, or service providers. LAMP is not liable for delays, defects, or issues arising from third-party products or services, or from the implementation of design recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its services or products.
Changes to Terms
LAMP reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply at the point of purchase.

By purchasing a service or product from LAMP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
