Our

Process

Schedule the ‘get to know each other’ call with Catriona. During this conversation, we’ll explore your needs and aspirations, address any concerns, clarify expectations, and confirm the most suitable Lamp package — including the scope and fixed cost for our services.

Step 1 - Get to know each other

Following our call, we’ll invite you to complete our unique personality questionnaire. This helps us get a deeper feel for your style and needs, setting the stage for the design journey that’s truly personal.

Use the moodboards to help answer the questionnaire. You can download both from the tabs below.

Step 2 - Let’s focus on you

Once your personality questionnaire is completed and returned, we’ll begin work on your personalised design, tailored specifically to your space. No matter which option you choose, you’ll receive 3D computer renders and designs that reflect a unique vision. Each offering has its own design completion timeline, so please refer to the Packages page for more details.

Step 3 - Time to create

FAQ

  • Each tier has a different timeline so please refer to our ‘packages’ page. In general our minimum waiting time is 2 weeks following our get to know each other call and recieved payment.

  • No, the £75 consultation fee is a separate cost and acts as a down payment to kick off the design process. This ‘Get to Know Each Other’ call gives us dedicated time to understand your needs, explore ideas, and help guide you to the most suitable package for your space and budget. The package cost is then paid on top of this fee. We keep our packages as budget-friendly as possible — starting from £500

  • Following your consultation you will be asked to make your payment. Once payment has been received your design will begin.  (Please note incremental payments are negotiable for larger projects corresponding to project phase).

  • A site visit isn’t always required. In many cases, design schemes can be developed using a dimensioned plan along with photos or videos you provide. Whether a visit is needed will depend on the specific needs and complexity of your project.

  •  A collection of photos and a plan are a must.  The plan can be an estate agent plan from your house purchase or a sketch with dimensions by yourself. See below for examples. If possible a video walk through by yourselves would be very useful.
